Job Title: Admin Assistant
Department: HR and Admin Department
Report to: Executive Director
Job Grade: G2
Job Purpose
To provide support in the various admin functions, and to manage day-to-day operations with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft announcements, letters, forms, reports, and emails
- Translate announcements, letters, and emails from Arabic or English to Turkish and vice versa
- Attend meetings with the senior management, record notes, and write minutes of meeting reports
- Provide interpretation in meetings when needed from Arabic or English to Turkish, and vice versa
- Collect data from SF’s programs management and deliver it to SF's Senior management
- Prepare, draft, and update formats and reports in Turkish, and /or English
- Handle transportation and accommodation reservations of senior management
- Travel with the senior management inside Turkey when needed
- Respect and apply all PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action
Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Another future responsibility/accountability may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience)1. Essential:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in administrative services
- Fluent in Arabic and Turkish
2. Desirable:
- Master’s degree in business administration, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in administrative services
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and Turkish
