Job Purpose
To ensure the organisation functions in a legal manner and according to the Turkish government requirements. Responsible for developing compliance processes and procedures and reviewing policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the focal point among all SF institutions, the legal accountant, the attorney and other consultation parties,
- Coordinate all legal processes between the finance and HR departments, including SGK and taxes,
- Manage the legal archive and documents of the institutions and maintain high confidentiality
- Make sure that all institutions follow and implement the compliance processes, and operate in accordance with the Turkish laws
- Remain up to date on Turkish laws related to the institutions and assist in policies updates
- Help in preparing and performing in compliance audits
- Respect and apply all the PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
1. Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or related fields
- Familiar with general Turkish laws
- Advanced level in Turkish, and Arabic
2. Desirable:
- Master’s degree in business administration, or related fields
- 1 year of experience in general Turkish laws
- Fluent level in Turkish, and Arabic and advanced in English
